Trainers get stuck in a cycle of being underpaid and overworked. And they stay there because of lack of resources, space, and equipment. The fitness industry has been built off of memberships, and I mean, what are gyms without our members? — But the true value lies in how well trainers and instructors are able to teach and coach. Their incomes should reflect that. This is our chance to show what the fitness industry is truly made of hard work, opportunity, and sweat.
